The warehouse will be in Jandakot near the Spud shed. There will be shops at Southern River, near me,  ;D one opposite Carousel in the old Impressions building and one at Kwinana. Nice and close BZB.

That's excellent news,Cookie!! 😄😃👍

I heard on the news last night the warehouse will be 13 hectares! The kids were asking me how big is that, and I said 6 of our 5 acre blocks roughly! That is a big shed!!

I may just have to head your way once this is up and happening Cookie! It will give the other 2 supermarkets a bit of a shake-up!

A much needed shake up, seems they have all the suppliers shakin in their shoes doing any thing that is asked.
I will be visiting too Cookie.

Not good photo , sorry.
What I like about this book is that there is a separate list of the recipes and the associated calories.  These range from 1 to  548 calories.  So can select a calorie and recipe that will fit calories for the day.
There is also a basic omelet recipe and interesting add ons.   All calorie counted. Example, 1 tablespoon crab meat and 1 tablespoon shaved Parmesan, 55 calories.
Recipes for non fast days are very generous serves,  so can be halved for fast days.
Cost, $25.
