The pork came out really well CC.  Have posted photo on the cooking thread.  I do like the fact that you can see how things are cooking without opening the lid every time.  Early days yet but so far so good.

I too have an Easy Cook, but without the hinged lid. I have a small bench area and I find it a pain having to find a place to put the hot lid.  Wish I had paid the extra for the hinged lid

Our Easy Cook is very old. I do love the idea of the hinged lid.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I am looking too.
Last week i bought a new convection microwave, and a  JO home cooker.
something I could cook at work, and then bring home.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Sorry for the question but what is a JO home cooker? Sounds interesting.

Sorry about that Goldfish, don't race in yet.  It does take up quite a bit of space, bit larger than what I thought .  Will attempt some chips in the air fryer insert at the weekend and see how they turn out .  Will let you know

Went into townsville today little spot of shopping, went to howards storage world and picked up new tea and sugar canisters, also these cute icecream tubs! They hold 1lt each
Also a new cake tin ( going to use this one for future Cobb loafs, and mini loaf tins for dinner rolls :)

Great shopping SS.  :)

Goldfish, cooked chips in the Easy Cook tonight and they were just the way we liked them.  I think however that because the Easy Cook is larger than the Air Fryer the Easy Cook takes a little longer to cook the food.  Overall I am very pleased with the Easy Cook and feel it will get quite a bit of use.
