Nice tin Cookie, I've seen a few mini loaf recipes that would suit that tin.

Wowee Katj. Can you direct me to them please?  I bought the tin without having anything special in mind, which is unusual for me. I saw them in an Instagram shot and liked them. They are on special at Coles this week for $5.60.

Great tin Cookie; why is it that we have to have every tin there is; I am the same in my patchwork; have to have a bit of every colour and collect it all even down to little 2 inch bits which go in a box and become scrappy quilts.

I bought a similar tin but the little cakes are rectangle and I have made one recipe so will send it to you and if you like we can post. Wont post first because there might be another on here.

Great buy Jenny, are you going to grate and freeze or just freeze the excess in the block?  I wouldn't have walked past that bargain either.

What a bargain Jen.

Cookie I just googled recipes for little loaves and heaps came up - quite a few on the taste site.
I have that tin and made mini Christmas cakes about 6 years ago and nothing since but have held onto the tin. I will be interested to see what you cook in yours, hopefully it will inspire me to use it again.

Or smal square bread rolls, or lamingtons. I also have one of those tins.  Haven't used it but must.
