Thermilover DD and I hope to be heading to Melbourne very soon and we always fit in a trip out to Zumbo's. I even know what bus to catch and where to get off. It is a once or twice a year thrill.

On the subject of books, and not quite Zumbo, I was in Big W yesterday and saw a book on the shelf called Thermo Struck, it is by Kim McCosker who has all those books, cooking with 4 ingredients.
The book was only $10.00, and written to suit all Thermal cooking appliances.
I was in a hurry and didn't have time to have a good look. For anyone interested, it was in their book department with the cook books. A bit bigger than a paperback novel. The cover was covered in an Orange & cream colour design, unlike you would expect a cookbook to look.

I had a look in Target the other day and they wanted $12 for it! I can't decide if I want it or need it!!!

Yes I'm sorry to say it is the only Thermo cooker cookbook I've donated :o
Although I can see why people may be tempted for $10.
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

I had a look at the other day in Myer and it was $30 - what was the claim to fame - something like the best selling Thermo whatever book??? (don't quote me)  I had a quick flick through and thought that anyone who wanted a good resource could get it for free here on the forum and anywhere else on the web. Like where are all these cooks coming from? Even those cooks on tv who have appeared on a tv show and not even won bring out books, and I look at the covers and think its just ridiculous. I think that just because you have a TM or thingy doesn't mean that you have limitless money and will just buy everything that comes out. I have quite a few TM recipes now so from here onwards I am going to be very discerning in what I buy.
