Mich I'm sure you will love your new caravan. You can have so much fun. We are thinking about moving on to a motor home.

Different stages of our lives require different RV's. It will be a luxury for us not to have climb over each other to get out of bed.

It's good that you had a trial run in something smaller Mcmich, you could then buy with confidence.  :D

McMich I'm sure you will love your new van.  We did the camping trailer bit first then went to a caravan.  Now we are thinking it is time to sell the van and just stay in cabins.

Mich our very first van ( after a Kombi camper) you had to clamber of each other to get up at night. We didn't think it was a problem at the time but wouldn't want to do it now......DH gets up a few times each night!

Same here Cookie. It isn't that much of a problem but will be much easier with an island bed and without the drop.
We have booked a weekend trial away on the Central Coast at Toowoon Bay. Only 45 mins away south.

Like Mab, have done Tent, camper Van and Caravan.   love the life style but easier for us to stay in cabins or cheap Motels when on the move.

My DH dislikes staying any where other than his own bed, jolly annoying at times. If we buy a new motorhome he will have to break in a new bed.

You and he would be good friends Chookie. Although I must admit, the first thing I do when we check in is to look for bed bugs. A friend got badly bitten in Melbourne.

DD and I went to the Good Food and Wine Show today. We had fun, ate too much and came home with lots of delicious cheese, as well as some Beerenberg products we can't buy here.
