I would love to buy 1 or 2 new cutlery sets so they all match. I have 3 or 4 different designs in my draws at the moment. I just have to decide on how many I would need to cope without running out in between washes. I'm thinking a setting of 12 and keep the best of my old ones away incase I have extra visitors. :)

Peters of Kensington is the go. Lots of cutlery and very cheap on a good day. Or go to a commercial place  and buy a set of twelve of each item. Much cheaper. I bought a commercial set of twelve each of everything about  20 years ago, Bogart , which you see in many restaurants, and it is still shiny and sharp.

Harris Scarf have a sale on at the moment. Wouldn't mind going in to get a couple of sets. :)
Then I will work on the dinner sets (also several different patterns) just want matching sets.

Ordered mine too, last day for the order, so that worked well.

Bought the pink one too as it comes with a recipe book :)

Will have to see what we can all create with it :D

As everyone in this house has a habit of walking to the kitchen, boiling the kettle and buggering off, coming back and boiling the kettle ... and it goes on

also bought the pasta extruder, will probably be a couple of weeks before I get to try it out though. Will keep you posted. I am really happy with my ice-cream mating that I bought from Home that is the same brand (I think!) Like the ice-cream maker this will be the decider if we spend more money on a better one when it dies  ;) ;)

We have always made most of our pasta, but now that I am wheat free the kids were getting sick of only having flat pasta ... you can buy wheat free but they don't like it (it's also very expensive when you have a lot of mouths to feed lol)

We also don't have anywhere to anchor our pasta roller to as it won't fit on our bench, DH has to fashion it to fit in between our table extension so it becomes a whole lot of hassle. Will keep you posted  :)

Ooh faffa I like that pasta maker!

I've just been to Victorias basement to buy mums mothers day present and managed to buy something for myself whilst I was there - of course.  I buy something every time I go into that place!

Mum got a kitchenaid saucepan in red and I got a non-stick macaroon mat because I just made my first batch of macrons today - in fact they were forming the skin whilst I was shopping! I'm not to confidant how they will turn out, looking a bit flat actually :(
