The Essential Ingredient. Newcastle store. I haven't seen one online but haven't actually looked.
I'm sure Maddy would know of a place online if you don't have an Essential Ingredient near you.

Of course...ebay.

I just bought another 2 cookbooks from Booktopia.  Madeleines & Bundt.
With the the one I purchaed the other day and the 3 today thats 6 cookbooks this week.  :o
I have some dim memory that my new years resolution was not to purchase anymore cookbooks or food magazines except Donna Hay.   :-X

From memory I think I got my Madeleine tin from Big W or somewhere similar. We like them. When we get home I am going to buy the Madeleine's book that Maddy has from Book Depository.

In the November issue of Feast there was a silicon madeleine tray (9) holes with the magazine.

I have been looking everywhere Michele for one of those tins, can I ask where you got it from please?

Matchbox kitchenware sell them, or any kitchenware store should have them.
Cookie...the Madeleine book is now on B.D. For $14.97  ;)
Still waiting for it to arrive.

I just bought this, with thanks to goldfish bringing my attention to it!

I'm fully stocked with beans & paste, so looking forward to reading it.

Maddy I love the look of the Vanilla one (on Amazon).  I pressed the button to request it as an ebook a few weeks ago but I think it will be a while.

Much prefer them that way now, the ones I have are on my iPad and I can access them anywhere. I especially like being able to expand a recipe to make the print a bit bigger, when it's a little small, plus being backlit is handy also.   It's very rare I actually look through a cookbook after I've initially gone through it.  :-))

I'm hoping for something to bring me up to speed with 2012 for Christmas.
I love my hard copy books and love nothing better than reading a cookbook in the bath with a glass of wine.
I hate how much printing I do with recipes here and on the net.

I used to go through so much paper and ink when I used to print off recipes to put into folders.  Stopped that about 2 years ago as I now have all my recipes on my laptop which I can access on my iPad too (dropbox).  If anyone wants a recipe from me I just email them the document and they can print it off themselves.  :)
