I love gadgets, thinking of doing something at the moment..
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Well I had a little spending spree today and bought a Karcher Window Vacuum to make washing windows easier, especially the indoor side (I had it on my wishlist since Decadent Dot mentioned the product on here a while back). Also bought a video camera that has a bonus projector thing on it and so far, it's great! And also a landline with 3 handsets for the larger house.

Oh and some personalised name puzzles as gifts.

Frozzie I feel for you.
My DH and I are a team too...
He now says will be away next week again to help someone.
Good for him, but not so good for me.
Especially while we have all this job limbo. Hey HO. Been apart more in last 3 months than in 8 years.

Why am I on the shopping thread with nothing to spend.....
Just wondering if I can make pasta without a machine?

Make dough in TMX then what... So am asking the experts on here.

Thanks anyway.

DJ, I still sometimes make pasta by and even though I've got a machine. Once it's been rested just take small amounts and roll very thinly, for lasagne you don't need to do anything else but if you are wanting to make fettuccine once the dough is very thin, roll up and slice. I'm sure someone else will explain in better detail but it's easy to do, the shape of the sheets isn't as even as going through a machine but nothing you can't fix with a bit of trimming.

Well said Wonder was going to say the same thing, getting it thin enough is the trick.
