Have decided to give it to DS2 Judy as we don't need it and as you know I already have 2 pizza machines. Giving my red pizza machine to DD1 so she is happy.  DD2 has a pizza oven and DS1 makes his on pizza stones in the oven so there won't be any problems over who is getting what I hope

I've started Unsubscribing to the email newsletters from kitchenware places as they come in now.  

I think I'm getting towards the end of things that I need, though it won't stop me searching for something if I really need it.  

An excellent idea, JulieO   . . I might follow suit as I've noticed I've just taken to deleting these as they come in rather than reading them . . .

Who needs newsletters when we've got "The SHOPPING Thread"!
If it wasn't for this thread I wouldn't have a pizza maker, calippo ice cream holders, various cake tins, spatulas, cheese strainer, silicone teacup cupcake moulds....., and the list goes on!

I hav started doing the same thing. I'm sick of getting heaps of useless emails, and not being able to find the ones I want!
I bought myself a secondhand Sunbeam Gelateria Icecream maker today off Gumtree. I have given it a good clean and now just have to decide what to make first. My old Icecream maker bowl was no longer freezing properly, and I have been eying off new ones. I can happily ditch it now I have replaced it with a compressor model. The bonus was that DH drove us over to get it, he paid for it and then took us all down to the foreshore to the Greek Festival and bought dinner.

What a lovely day you had ES, did the rain spoil the festival - that was the one at Semaphore wasn't it?

Yes it was. We were there in the early evening after all the rain, and it was full of people. There were Greek bands playing, and as we were leaving, there was Greek dancing. However, if we go again I won't wear white pants while I eat  delicious spit roasted lamb on my lap
 I did get very wet at the farmers market this morning, but I didnt mind as I'm so happy that the garden finally got a good soaking. It has been so hot lately and we have been without rain for such a long time.

I never grizzle about wet days, we always seem to need them in SA.  The next time you visit Semaphore, try fish and chips from Sotos Fish shop on Semaphore Road - love that  shop for our occasional junk food treat.
