Well I had to return two items with totally different type of customer service. One was a Thomas sabo sterling silver necklace which I had bought for dd's 17th birthday. When she opened the box she discovered the chain was broken. The asst manager of the shop insisted that these things don't break and my daughter must have been drunk and some could have pulled it off her neck! He nearly said " or drugged" when i jumped on him verbally. He was rude obnoxious and vile. I was shaking by the time I left the chatswood shop...he has to send it HO to determine how it was broken,...brand new! Never worn! Unbelievable. In contrast, I took back my soehle weighing scale to victoia's Basement alexandria since it did not work and they allowed me to buy something else from the shop since I did not have the receipt. What a contrast in customer service. Guess I am going to tell everyone to stay away from Thomas sabo products.
