Nice looking book and the index sounds good.  :D

Have had a good day doing a little shopping in Adelaide. Bought a couple of nice dresses from Jacqui e. One of them reduced by $90! So I was happy about that.  Then went to the Back Centre on Anzac Hwy to get a new pillow which feels wonderful - looking forward to trying it out tonight.  Also about a week ago we bought a Sleep Number bed where each side can be pumped up or down to our individual setting.  So impressed with it so far, so comfy.  ;D

Tomorrow will be paying for a car service then petrol home  :D

I bought a Sonis audio player for the beach house rental that hooks up to the wifi and internet and have spent the good part of a day setting it up and listening to some really music here at home. I can see myself getting quite attached to it as the sound is brilliant. They currently have a special where you get a years free membership to Deezer so you have a huge range of music and digital radio to listen to.

I am trying to do the same Bedlam.  Still trying to come to grips with macros etc. Are you following any particular person's method?
I have copied the Banting lists, green- eat all you want,orange- limited and red - none.
My 16 year old nephew has lost 20 kilos eating this way.

Just looking at the shrinking hubby web page ( she has a lovely Salmon with pesto zucchini noodles recipe) but suggest buying a gefu spiriluzer through raw foods store using the code SHRINKINGHUBBY at checkout you can get 10% off the marked price of $49.95.

Thanks for the code Bedlam!
I already have a different brand of spiralizer that works well so I don't need to buy one, but here's a good website (& Facebook page) to check out for ideas and recipes:
