IKWYM. After I came back from Thailand this year I had the best intentions of converting some recipes from the cooking class I attended. We cooked about 10-15 dishes amongst the group and I came away with 2 recipe books. Will try to put some time aside to convert and post a recipe. Not in the next week though, I am off to Brisbane. Look out shops, here I come.
