I didn't last very long at all with the one bowl. Luckily I managed to get one through a monthly incentive. Once you have one you'll never look back.

I would of brought one when that promotion was on as well but only if someone had brought a TM at my demo, But as they didn't I decided not to but wished I had. Never mind will have one soon.

Good luck dede. Hope you get your second bowl and blade set soon. By the way when I asked about it I was told that it was the bowl and blade only. When it turned up it included the butterfly and basket also.

I thought it did but thought I would double check. Will be good to have 2 seals as mine can become a bit smelly depending what I make, I will keep one for savory and one for sweet (Wonder how long that will last?)

I have read lots of posts on that but I don't seem to have that problem. I make lots of curries, dishes containing chillis and other fragrants but it has never been a problem for me. Just lucky I guess.

Dede make sure you aren't storing your jug with the lid on, leave it off so the seal can air  ;) I make heaps of smelly stuff and NEVER have a smell seal or lid

must admit I don't think I have a problem either, but I don't make a point of smelling it
