I decided yesterday to bite the bullet and order my second bowl. I was put through to ireland where it is apparent nobody works on a saturday. I suppose they will pick up my message tomorrow (monday) now.

Promptly at 9am Thermomix rang to take my order of a second bowl. Apparently, I will be getting everything with it including the Spatula at the special offer price (saving £35) because my Thermomix is less that 3 months old. It will cost me £199. I bought the book My Way of Cooking too. I will get it tomorrow morning. Thermomix are so good at posting. Of course I am in England so I have an advantage of a 24 hour service when it comes to the speed at which I get it. I shall choose a recipe from my list for tomorrow that needs 2 bowls to celebrate.
eek! happiness is Thermomix shaped  ;D

Wow that is quick DD. I was told 10 days for me to get mine. I'm hoping it will come this week. I think I will do the same and find a recipe that 2 bowls will be extremely handy. Just making bread and letting it rise in one bowl while making something else will be a huge benefit. Can't wait.

It's a strange quirk of life, isn't it - you can survive without something for long enough then, once you have made the decision to buy it and it is ordered, suddenly you need it NOW!!  Hope yours arrives soon.
