Hi there from Sydney
« on: August 15, 2011, 04:45:13 am »
Hiya, I'm a mumma to 2 little people, and am currently waiting on delivery of my new Thermie, this week sometime.

Had my demo at the end of July and my partner loved it so much he's becoming a consultant :D

WOW - what a partner and welcome to you both to the forum.  Make sure you have everything ready in your cupboard for your first couple of meals so that when your TMX arrives you can get started straight away.

Oh how exciting. You would be pretty excited about its arrival, and its great to hear that your partner is becoming a consultant as well. He must of been very impressed.

Hi JKsMumma, welcome to the forum.  What a great outcome and here's wishing your partner great success.  By now I'm sure you have chosen some recipes from the forum to try but if you haven't seen CP's favourite list, here it is.

I love it.  I think my DH too may become a consultant after the mountains of research he has done into this most wonderful, llife changing kitchen assistant!!!!  He resisted me for quite some time but with the help of my fellow Thermolovelies on this forum, I have ordered and am enduring an agonising wait for delivery!!!!  What is the turn around for delivery in Australia?  I live in Germany and was told up to ten days.... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Hi JKM and welcome to the forum. Why not pop over and enter in the poll so we can keep track of where our members are from.
We have lots of delicious recipes here that our members have kindly posted -  we also look forward to hearing from you if you have any queries, comments or converted recipes of your own to offer.

Leesmac a friend just bought one here in Perth, WA and she was told 2 weeks...but perhaps it depends on the consultant. When I bought mine 2.5 years ago it was 3 agonising days

As for delivery wait time I think it's been a bit longer than usual cause sales here in July were huge from what I've been told

I had to wait what seemed like forever to get my TM because I ordered it just after Christmas but had to wait till after the 10th of Jan before Head office opened again before it could even be sent, (so around 3 weeks)
I am very impatient and don't like waiting but sometimes we just have no choice.
Hope the time flies for you.
