Yippee and Yay everyone and thank you.  Like I say, I still have to get around to actually having these demos but I will, after all this jolly conferencing!!! At least I can still be a a part of the forum whilst I am away.

Oh, I just love you all!!!  My GL's first group meeting (or whatever its called) has been cancelled!!!  AHHHHH!  She runs a cooking school (a TMX one and a NON TMX one) and her water is going to be turned off for the night!!  Poor darling.  So I will have to wait another week or so until my official unveiling as a TMX Consultant, in front of all the existing consultants.  Even though I don't speak German as well as they do, I secretly really want to beat them but doing the demos in "Bad" language and make awesome sales. Is that bad?  Or just competitive?

I am using this time to practice my demonstration recipes.  I have a rather large school launch coming up September 20th.  I decided that I will provide the "catering".  School will pay for the ingredients.  I can cook them and practice and TMX.  People will rave about what I cooked and ask me more.... What?  I'm NOT going to tell them about TMX?  I think a Year 7 orientation AND TMX go beautifully together.  And besides, I have to get rid of all that practice food, don't I?

Lee a consultant??  :-)). Yep that will definitely work. Just from reading your posts Lee I think you would make an awesome consultant. You will be selling TM's left right and center. There will be no stopping you. You will have to start beating the customers off with a stick.

Seriously good luck but with your enthusiasm I don't think you will need it.

Thank you all for your kind wishes and thoughts.  I am off to Cambridge tomorrow for a five day conference.  I will be checking in but I am just having a last minute play with Thermie, even though Darling Ed offered to get takeaway, I replied with an exhausted "No thank you!"

Wondering what to do with Thermie whilst I am away...  I can't take him with me.  Will Ed provide the adequate love and attention he needs, as he is STILL ill?  What to do????  Another Thermomix crisis for you all to consider... what do you do when you CANNOT take your Thermomix with you???

PS I told a lovely Mommy in the car park at school today that I am selling Thermomix.  Almost sold there and then on the spot!!!  Will chat to her again next week. :)

A possible sale already - great start to your life as a TMX consultant.  Well done!

Enjoy your visit to England and don't fret, I'm sure Ed will take extra special care of Thermie whilst you are away - he will be all well again and ready to go when you get back home (Thermie, that is, I'm sure Ed is already in fine form!).

Have a great time in the UK Lee, pity the whole family can't go with you but we have to do what we have to do and Ed will look after your baby for you I'm sure. I can just see you bailing ladies up in the carpark spruking the TMX  :D :D  Doesn't matter where you make a sale, grab them all.

What a great idea?  Am I allowed to sell internationally?  Surely not!  Otherwise I will have to take brochures.  And it would be "awful" if a Thermomix slide just appeared in the middle of one of my presentations?  I remember playing that old Tupperware trick once and letting some tiny plastic containers "accidentally" fall out of my bag to create interest and discussion and naturally a party booking.

How funny... Can you imagine everyone sitting seriously, waiting to listen to a lecture, pulling their laptops out and I produce Thermie and whip a risotto and start passing it around?? I almost want to do it!!!!

I guess that is one way to become Germany's Next Top Thermomix Consultant!!!!!
