Panic over, forum is back
« on: September 11, 2011, 11:00:20 am »
Welcome back everyone. How to throw us into chaos, emails going around the world and across the country to see if we were all having the same problem.  Thank goodness it didn't stay down for long.

I was wondering what had happened earlier and don't have contact details for anyone on the site, I had a mild little panic attack, when I couldn't get on.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I know panic set in here.

What was I going to do for entertainment tonight, nothing on tv. Then dh found a dvd for us to watch, so better do the right thing and watch together.

What a lunch....

We ordered turkish bread & dips, dips lovely, turkish bread no taste at all. I make much better bread here tese days, dh looked at it and ddnt even try it.
Ds had chicken nuggets, yukky chicken not the breast.
My main was so foul i took it back and explained how itvshould be from the menu. They said order anything you like complimentary, i wanted to say cheese & crackers, but thought that woud be too offensive to the chef, so ordered a chicken and avocado wrap, well they
forgot it was an avacado filling as there wss one small slice, all i can say was the lettuce was fresh.

Sad, we have eaten there many times  but not any more.

For a moment I thought that my back and forth from wordle to the forum as well as playing on both screens may have caused a glinch - thankfully all is good again!!!!

I thought it was my 10,000 posts - thought perhaps the forum's memory bank was full and that pushed it over the top.

Best one was (and I won't mention names) that MM was upset with the reviews of his bolognaise sauce and pulled the plug on all of us  :D :D :D  He really is a lovely young man and I know he wouldn't do that to us but I do like that one  ;)

Gosh I am glad I didn't know about that one. When I get home I am going to spend at least 2 days catching up.

I was certainly in a panic!  I wanted to whip up I Love Bimby's chocolate cake (unike many of you, I don't print out my recipes, just have my laptop in the kitchen.  It gets pretty splattered with ingredients, the teacher I share my class with claims that if he gets hungry, he can just lick my computer screen) while I was roasting vegies for dinner.  I kept coming back and checking if the forum was back up .  . . I couldn't believe it!
