They look lovey.
I find the mini pies great for parties & playovers or kids lunches at home. Great if you have a small amount of left overs, freeze & defrost put in the pie maker when ready. I used to always make my astry but I do keep a pkt of puff in the freezer now at all times.

You will love it. Used the mini one when I did all the apple pies.

Uni, it depends on how much time i have available. I just find the pastry isn't as good as cooked in the oven and there is much more of it than if I was making in a muffin tin or individual pie tins. They are certainly quick and easy though. Also our family are all quite small eaters and don't seem to gobble down the food as much as others, the pies always seem to sit in the freezer until I force them on people

Seems to work some of the time. Even better is DD now has a boyfriend - 17 year old boys eat much more after 6 hours of footy umpiring than 17 year old girls do at anytime in the week. boyfriend also has a 16 year old brother and a family who so far seem glad to eat all the left over biscuits that my kids don't eat.

I love my pie maker too. I don't remember to use it all that often, but when I do I'm always pleased with the results.
My DH enjoys taking pies to work for lunch.
Just trying to tell myself I don't need the mini pie maker as well. I really want it though

It does sound great. I should buy it and tell my DH about it after it arrives
I still have my birthday money to spend.
