That sounds odd Uni, I wonder if you have an electrical problem which caused all 3 units to die.

Made a chocolate sauce pud.   1/2 recipe, 12 minutes/ 160 in 12 cm ceramic pot.  I doubled the sauce ingredients.  Next time 3/4 cup of water.

It looks delicious. Such an easy way to whip up a small dessert.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

There is a terrific kitchen shop in Ballarat.  While we were there recently, armed with a tape measure, I looked at any cooking vessel that was 18 cm and would fit the AF. This white dish was one.  It makes enough for 2/3 serves depending on the type and density of the dish.

Also roasted a small chicken , 12 minutes / 160 , flip 12/160, flip 5/ 160. Covered with foil for 15 minutes while I cooked chocolate pud.
Also have been experimenting with chips.  Best are the cheapest unwashed ones.  Prepare chips, microwave or steam until part cooked, drain and cool on tea towel, spray with oil and AF in a metal dish.  Stir  several times.  Time depends on thickness of chips.

Piri piri chicken from BBC good Food

1 chicken (about 1½ kg/3lb 5oz)
4 red chillies, chopped (deseeded if you don't like it too spicy)
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp sweet paprika
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
lemon wedges and Tabasco sauce (optional), to serve

Rub all over, leave for a few hours, I left for 9 hours. AF 40 mins, rest 20, absolutely lovely. Even cp loved it with all the chillis. 1.5kg chicken gone in 1 sitting between the 3 of us, it was that good. Served with lemon, mint & parsley cous cous & steamed veg :)
