Wrap in Baking Paper and foil. Shape to fit basket

Finally rocked up to Harvey Norman to replace my faulty airfryer. Easy peasy.

Cooked a 10 cm thick (338g) fat trimmed Pork forequarter chop in the a/f tonight.  Brushed it with something I found in the pantry which I'd used on roast potatoes (have no idea what it was but it was something mixed with oil  ), preheated the a/f to 200^o, placed the chop straight into the wire basket and cooked for 8 minutes. When the time was up I left it rest in there for 3 minutes and it was cooked to perfection.
