I agree Chookie, it was BZB's beautiful photos which caught my attention.  They sold the air fryer to me, I had no intention of buying one.  It's ideal for me and like you, I can make things and not have leftovers to clutter my freezers.  It's all your fault BZB but in a good way, so I thank you.

this is a handy tip, from FB

To clean. When unit is cold and with cooking tray removed, unplug power and turn outside unit upside down. With a damp cloth (not a paper towel) wipe over internal walls and cooking element. This should be done at least every 6 months to remove any build up of oil/grease.

i don't need a recipe i'm italian

To bulk out my lunch today I tried a potato skin recipe which JulieO linked to a while back and added some carrots to the coating as well.  They were delicious, thanks Julie.

Sorry Judy 😁😜

Yes BZB, you are who we need to thank.

It is a fantastic piece of technology Denise. My 2nd favourite appliance, after my TM. Poor KitchenAid has been pushed down 😄

Took my drawer and basket shopping today :)

Bought these stands at BSG:
Round 15cm x 4.5cm height $2.30 - to use drawer without basket
Square 17cm $3.50 - to level the bottom of the basket. The dome shape bottom of the basket affects my muffins and small baked items.

BZB,    BSG?
Square looks good for balancing my square cake pan on too.

Uni, if you remove the basket, you'd have a bigger space. The stand is to place pans in the drawer.

It was Denise's clever idea :)

Denise, that's a shop on Bannister Rd, Canning Vale. Lots of kitchen ware at low prices. Nothing branded and the place looks like a warehouse

where have you bought an ovenproof dish from that fits that is a good size?  there must be something also out there to divide a dish that is ovenproof so I will report if I see one.
