Uni is having fun. Thanks for sharing your trials with us.  It all looks wonderful.  That's an eggplant parmigiana you are going to make Uni? The polenta chips look so crunchy, were they nice?  For the eggs, did you preheat a/f to 200o then preheat the dish for a minute before adding the eggs?

yes i am making  an eggplant parmigiana

the oven was hot from doing the eggplants when i started to make the eggs, i sprayed the pan with oil and did heat it for 1min at 200 b4 adding the eggs, so yes it was a preheated oven.

5/5 for the polenta chips

i don't need a recipe i'm italian

As per usual I am useless at writing down and sharing but I love phil almost as much as Thermie.  We had pizza for dinner, so quickly cooked some tomoatoes. Had the weber arced up and cooked pizza on that but quickly heated garlic bread while making pizza to feed the hoards. Frozen precooked spring rolls ready in around 5 minutes, salt and pepper squid 10 min at the most .  Such a useful appliance and I really haven't touched the surface of its capabilities.  Thanks bzb, I love it.  It reminds me of a few years ago when Thermie came to stay, my family are getting tired of me telling them just how much.
Delicious omelette yesterday with cooked mushrooms and tomoatoes.
Sorry I do go on!

It is  as handy as the TMX Denise but in a different way.  I love mine too, just sorry Geoff isn't here to enjoy some of the things I do in it.

Judy you will just have to rave to us about it.  ;D ;D

I haven't used mine for a few nights. Hopefully things will return to normal tomorrow and it will get used.

Loving it here too. Heated up leftovers tonight. 5 mins and the stuffed sweet potatoes were lovely and crispy again.

Last night for 1 person : 200 degrees 15 mins, chuck handful frozen chips, then when 3 min left put some garlic bread and cooked chops from previous night. Serve with salad. Voila! To me it's a small oven that heats up quickly because of its size and that's about as hard as it gets.

Fantastic, Bedlam! Now you know why I was excited when cooking with my airfryer. My pics on Facebook have influenced 3 friends to get one. Another 2 are contemplating. 😄 My pics with TM didn't budge anyone though 😁

Uni you are a little gem  :-* Did you have to spray them with oil to start with?
