Great kitchens everyone and wow some people are very clever with the graphics.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Wow, this was an epic read BUT I enjoyed every bit of it  :)  So many differnt kitchens suiting different personnalities.

I've been busy with my boys and quite a few visitors during the school hols.  We also had a kid...- first baby goat  ;D- born at our farm.  She's now 2 weeks old and her mum can spare a bit of milk for us!  This morning I managed to keep enough for our breakkie.  I'm quite proud as it's my first dairy goat and I'd never milked until a week ago.

Anyway to get back to this thread, like you, Sara and Stephanie I'm using my real name. Here is what i look like- pic attached
My forum pic was taken in our garden last year:  green tree frog on the bean trellis- sounded appropriate for me  :)  What do you reckon?  Should I change it?
Funny how we all picture people differently!
I'll take some pic of my kitchen a bit later on- just want to catch up on some reading!!

Thanks Robyn, I am thrilled with the response to this thread - who would have thought so many of you would have opened up and let us know more about yourselves.  It is just lovely see people in the flesh, we are all friends now so obviously people are feeling a lot more comfortable about posting pictures.  Thanks everyone, great effort.

Gini you need to downsize it with any number of software..usualy there is an option in the drop down menus to 'resize' te photo...you make it much smaller than you can post it ...if you really dont know how another option is to email it to a member and they can resize it and send it back to you to post  :)

andie love the space in your kitchen...and love the amount of light it must get with all those windows..seems so open and airy.. :)

lovely to see you Carine and congrats on the first baby goat and milking experience...never milked a goat but we used to own a cow we used to have and milked her daily..loved it ...unfortunately my kids dont have a clue !!

Here's Chelsea's explanation of how to reduce the size of photos for those having problems.

"I open the folder where the photo is currently saved (can even be your camera folder).
I right click on the photo and a menu appears.
I click on the "open with" option.
I then click on the "paint" option and it will open in the paint program (don't worry if it is huge).
I then click on the "image" menu at the top.
I click on the stretch and skew option in the image menu.
In stretch and skew I change the stretch settings to 25% and 25% (and leave the other settings).
I then click on the file menu and click on the "save as" option.
I type a new name for my smaller sized photo.
I find the folder where I want to save my resized photo in the drop down menu (I use "my pictures" folder)
I click on save and then close the paint program.
The smaller sized photo will be saved in the folder I selected and will open in almost every application (not just paint).

It sounds complicated but that's just because I have put in all of the steps (I hope). Hope this helps."

You'd never have found it fundj - it's in my mince curry recipe  ;D

Nice bright kitchen gini - don't worry about the small pictures, a right click and we can make it bigger ourselves.

Carine - I love tree frogs too as long as they stay in the trees and I can just admire them from a distance. ;)
