You're right, Andie, they are not all wood fired any more but I only have experience with the good old solid fuel ones.
Oops:  guess I'm so used to my old wood stove that i didn't even think of the newer options  :-[
I'm probably mad but I like the physicality of my rayburn and the whole process of getting it to reach just the right temp by adding the right amount of wood. Also thinks it gives a different flavour to food.

Kezza, I really like your glass cupboard at one end of the kitchen.

:) Megan was it mine, on photobucket.
I have posted a link to my kitchen, couldn't work the photo out properly.

I had 3 photos of my kitchen.
Near my kitchenaid, is my cusinart soft serve ice cream machine.
its a little extra corner, so I can leave the big things on my benches without putting them away.

Robyn

Ah that's why I couldn't find the photo again. How does it work?

Obbie,
Posting photos from  PhotoBucket is very simple.

Click on "Reply"
Just above the line of smileys  there are some symbols.   The second one from the left is the "Insert Image"  symbol.

In a new browser window open PhotoBucket and click on the image you want to post.  To the right you will see a window headed "Links"
click on the URL in "Direct link"
Then return to this forum.

After you have typed your description, hit the return for a new line, click on "Insert Image"  and paste the URL - that will place it where the cursor is located between the two  [img]http://[img] symbols.

Don't type anything else until you mouse click beyond the  last img symbol.
Then you can hit return,  click on Insert Image again and  go back to PhotoBucket, copy the Direct link for another photo and paste it between the two "image" symbols.

Click on Preview to see if your photos show up in your post.
