Cheeseboard Tart:Number of People 8:Ingredients:Pastry for the base. Either EDC short crust or

284ml milk
250g cheese. Use any you have. I used blue cheese, brie and cheddar
Preparation:Prepare the pastry and blind bake if for 5-10 minutes.
Grate the cheddar in the TMX and set aside.
Place onion halves in bowl and blitz until chopped.
Add oil and cook 100
0 for about
4 minutes, speed 2Let cool for a few minutes.
Add eggs and milk and blend together. Speed 4, 10 seconds.
Scatter the onion over pastry base and spread cheese over it. Carefully pour over egg mixture.
Bake at 180
0 about 30-40 minutes until set.
