The Andrew Fielke classes sound great thanks for the info.
There is a problem though you can't book today as they have a public holiday in Western Australia.
Will have to try on Monday!

I attended the Andrew Fielke class last week.  It was great!
It was really good to see a trained chef with a very interesting and inspiring food philosophy cook with the TMX.
Andrew presented the class very well with really good recipes and tips.
It was fantastic to see how he used our indigenous spices and products in tasty achievable dishes.
I am looking forward to using his products in my cooking in the future.
I think we should be proud of and USE our indigenous products.
It has certainly inspired me to think of Aussie food differently!
Thank you Andrew and the TMX organizers! :)

Glad you enjoyed it Bootobethin, unfortunately it is hard for me to get to evening classes.

I did another class with Yoke Mardewi yesterday. They are sourdough classes and this one was on soaking and mincing grains and then using them. The breads were lovely so I aim to give them all a try. Today is black rice sourdough bread using half spelt and half wheat.
