Uni, if I make & roll pasta in the morning & I want to use it for dinner, how can I store it?

I always make & eat straight away.

  i left it to dry from 1pm sunday to the next day which was last night and it was fine

toss plenty of flour through it
i don't need a recipe i'm italian
