We went out last night to get ingredients for a number of things we want to do, but ended up just making the mushroom risotto (with semi dried tomatoes and bacon added), it was so quick and easy and delicious! I have to go out soon to my mothers group so I'm going to whizz up the herb and garlic dip to take along ;D

Go Ayla, tweaking your first recipe - you have learnt a lot already 8). Sounds like hubby is going to get involved in the cooking too.

Fantastic Ayla, I hope the TMX is meeting all your expectations.

Lol oh yeah my hubby is totally into it. He's already talked it up at work and took a brochure to a workmate who was interested. I found it amusing to envision two Army blokes raving on about a kitchen appliance :D

You could be right. My DH likes things that he can see how they work. Hence he HATES computers. He is a lover of cars and is hoping to get a 1928 Model A Ford to restore any day. Dirt and rust everywhere.

Ayla, you are still being very quiet!
I guess that means that you are cooking up a storm!!  What have you made?

Hi Ayla; I'm in Brisbane too. I just got my "thermie" last week and I'm excited, too.  I can't stop cooking.  Hope you're still enjoying it.
