Denise, I could post some, but might be a bit stale by the time you got them.
Dan Lepard has a recipe for English Muffins in his new book "Short and Sweet", it looks good. No sour Dough in his recipe, he uses yoghurt and Cider inegar to get a similar effect.

Thanks Chookie, they certainly are supersized muffins. Are you going to do the non-sour dough recipe so that we can all try it for ourselves - no pressure but .......

OK, you have twisted my arm,( right up my back), so I wil have a go at Dan Lepards. Today I am making his Spelt and Ginger Cookies and will post if alright.
