Oh Tenina, what a book/leaflet or whatever :D

Last night we had the Almond Chicken Curry with Yoghurt. Another hit. It was ever so nice. As there is only 3 of us I halved the recipe. I served it with rice, corn, broccoli and carrot. We then had some pappadums to help slurp the extra sauce.
Thanks again for another winner. :-*

YAY…so happy to hear that, it does make a truckload, but easily adapted as you did.
Good news is folks, we have it from printer that we should have new Dinner Spinner stock available on Monday 12th December…so order fast and you will get them in time for Christmas. I think they will get snapped up and we only have 400 this time! (until the new year!!)

I am now working on another project…so it will never stop, order up big! hahahaha :D

Judy when the polenta is set and cold you can cut it into pieces and grill them to go with another meal. I made polenta french fries once and they weren't too bad.

Thanks Cookie.  I have also read where you can slice and freeze pieces too so I will probably do that as well or we will soon be sick of polenta  ;)

Slow cooked chilli pork, used 3 fresh chillies seeds removed and kelpmore instead of dulse flakes - very tasty and a definite make again - thanks Tenina

Finally got to have a look at this while at Johnro's on the weekend. Can't wait for the next release so I can get a copy.

BTW the home grown tomatoes were beautiful Johnro. So much tastier than those bought from a shop.

Did you both use speck as specified.  I'm sure Foodland don't sell speck so I guess there is a substitute we could use.  Proscuitto, bacon, even ham perhaps??

I used prosciutto in mine. When Tenina made it at her class she used smoked turkey.

I love the dinner spinner book. So far I have made the Umami Paste (Sea flakes from Health food shop at Melville shopping Centre), Slow Cooked Pork Chilli (I used 1 fresh chilli, children loved it but washed it down with water), Almond Chicken Curry with Yoghurt - children raved but still a bit spicy, Speck & Salad Pizza. The whole family + visiting childen have LOVED every recipe. Can't recommend enough!  :)

Looks lovely Judy.

Today I made the Fisherman's Pie and seeing my DH only finishes work at 7pm I had a little taste.  Really nice. I will increase the vegies next time and also add some corn kernels, another winner Tenina.  :)

This was going to be next on my list Julie.  Love the way people are working through the whole 'book' - won't be long and we will have reviews of everything in it.

That looks lovely JulieO. It's on our menu for next week. When DD arrives home from work and asks 'what's for dinner?' If I reply a recipe from Dinner Spinner she's very happy.

Must admit this is the first book I've wanted to pretty much make everything in it!  :D  I can't wait for her new book.  ;D

Thanks Cookie, I can understand why.  ;D
