I gave my apologies to any of Scottish heritage, but I had been wanting to make the traditional chocolate fudge in the thermie for ages so added the cocoa to this recipe Auds

Robyn, Kim - trust me it's a rare self control. Stick Tayto Crisps (crisps from Northern Ireland, flavour like Cheese and Onion, Spring Onion) or McVities Ginger Nuts in my vicinity and I will gobble those up multiple times a day.
The box of it is currently on top of a high unit to stop my wife getting to it easily

Is there an additional recipe to this one? I was directed to this by either Denise or Rob

Thanks Denise - on cooking now with the addition of 1/8 teasp of cream of tartar - prevents the sugar molecules from separating and make mixtures smooth and glossy Will let you know the result. Thanks Denise for the link and Kim for alerting me to the choc fudge UK recipe

Thanks again.
