Made these yesterday and added ground cinnamon and mixed spice with the flour.
Glazed them and ate them.

So yummy and a great lunch box treat.

Thanks JulieO

Thanks for another great recipe Julie. I used 3 teas yeast and 2 teas improver.  Rolled into 12 buns and cooked 6 at a time in my French stick tins. Lovely recipe.

Kimmy they look gorgeous!  I love the smaller size.  I've got a double baguette mould too, so I must try your way, thanks for telling us about it.  :D

Kimmy, yours look better than the ones I saw in a bakery I'd never been in before yesterday. Theirs were long and thin and not a patch on yours.

I remember you receiving that tin Kimmy. I must do the same with mine. I had never thought of that. Clever girl.  :D

I also remember it was from a wonderful forum friend cookie. Someone very close to your heart 😉😘
I've used it to make subway type rolls for the boys using Astarra's roll recipe too . DS7 insists on 6 inch subs atm. Boys, they are so hung up on size!!
