I made this salad again today. I used commercial mayo but it was still great.
DH doesn't like coleslaw but loves this. It was more of a 5 second salad, a bit finer texture.
It went really well with your favourite quiche for lunch today.

mcmich, another great photo. I like what you did with the salad. I will have to look over my shoulder as i think I might find you there.

I made this tonight to serve with our homemade fish and chips, it was delicious and soooo easy
I added some capsicum and a spring onion to the salad, and served it on a bed of lettuce with homegrown cherry tomatoes and some avocado. Thanks for the recipe Chookie

Must put radishes on my shopping list so that I can try this. Love the look of that piece of fish Amy.

Why thank you Judy, it was rather yummy
The flavours and texture of the salad went very nicely with the fish, so nicely that I don't think I would serve this salad with anything else

We love this salad too. In fact we had it very often when we drove to Adelaide. It is so quick and easy.
On Thursday I made it for lunch and was asked for that recipe too as both ladies own thermomixes.
