Tips/Hints: Pesto is a cold, aromatic Italian sauce used to accompany pasta dishes. The classic pesto is made with pine nuts but variations work just as well.
To make this even tastier, you can add 1-2 tbsps of cream or evaporated milk. A trick for grating the cheese easily is to put it in the fridge for a while to allow it to harden.
