Unfortunately, it does happen, but quite rarely.

So sorry you're to be without your TMX for the Christmas period.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Sorry to hear that your TM is broken only after 48 hours Louiero. We are pleased that you have joined the forum though, so you can experience the happier side of cooking once your machine is mended. :)

So disappointing for you. I got mine the week before Christmas last year and I know I had heaps planned for Christmas lunch so I would have been devastated if this had of happened to me. Welcome from another Qlder and looking forward to chatting with you. Hope your problem is resolved quickly.

Thanks.  Sorry to be a whinger.  I absolutely love it despite it breaking. I hope to be a nicer, more positive poster in the future.  :D

Hi Louiero. I don't think you are a whinger at all. I'd be furious if it was me. Hopefully it can be fixed asap. Meanwhile do your planning for all the wonderful things you will be able to make when it is fixed.

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your thermomix. At least by joining the forum you can get some great recipes together for when it returns.

Hello Louiero, I hate hearing stories like this - the warranty works well though so at least you know it isn't going to cost you anything but the inconvenience of not having it is the problem. I'm sure your normal self will return and you will soon be sharing things with us in the New Year.  You are not a whinger (boy I know some great ones  :-))), you have every right to be upset. Welcome to the forum.
