I had hoped so Robyn.  How did your Christmas in Ayr go and when do you return to Townsville?

Do not get angry birds. Be warned. Do not even think about it. Say no to temptation. Repeat after me, I WILL NOT DOWNLOAD ANGRY BIRDS!

 ;D :D

Cookie if you have any sort of obsessive bone in your body don't go there. I have resisted but my DH and my two boys were exposed and they became obsessed with it!! I never started because I knew I wouldnt be able to stop !!

I am using DDs iPad at the moment. For some reason when I look at my posts on here I have Judy's avatar as well as my own. It's funny.

Judy I will pm you when I can get back to the computer. I haven't figured out how to do it here yet.

It must be something weird then. I thought I had done something on the ipad. It may have been done by Admin when they were changing a few things.  It's ok opn here though.
Will try and stay away from Angry Birds as long as I can. ;) ;)

A couple of hints for new ipad owners  :)
Touch the black strip at the very top to get to the top of the page when viewing anything - great for reading the forum.
Double click home button to show recent apps and the scroll to the right in that strip at the ottom to lock orientation, change brightness and volume.
Slide your whole hand at the side of the screen to go back to the previous few apps you were on.
Flick your finger from the top corner of the calendar to move between month views, similar to lifting a page on a calendar
Hit the number key on the key pad to show the undo button if you need to undo typing or deleting.
