This is a very dangerous thread.... for my hips that is! Haven't attempted icrecream yet, now it's just moved a bit higher up the priority list.

The unfrozen mixture seems nice. Hope DD likes it. She says she needs to lose weight, don't know why as she's just perfect.

This is an awesome list. I have just made Teninas citrus curd fom FFS, and am ready to try and make the icecream with it. So cool!!! ( just editing for them to cool!!)

You can keep most sorbets in the freezer for a while Lucy, but ours always got eaten pretty quick anyway ;D If they freeze really hard it might pay to get them out 5-10 minutes before you want to serve them ;)

Thanks for this list and for bumping. I've been searching the forum for ice cream recipes and didn't come across this great resource. I'm trying a dairy free coconut ice cream today, I'll post once it's declared good enough to eat by DD.
