Hi Everyone,
My name is Sally and I live in the outer south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I have had my TMX for about a month now and am actually surprised I haven't used it more! I love baking, mainly sweet treats (cake pops, brownies, slices, cakes...you get the picture!) and decided to get a TMX as I wanted to cook more main meals and have food that I could make and freeze (work long hours) or be able to whip something up when I get home.
My husband has complex medical issues, so there are quite a few foods that I can't use but I guess that's the great thing about a TMX, put in what you like!
Hoping to hit on some great meals that I can start making on a regular basis. Thanks for reading and I look forward to getting to know everyone!
