5 in 1 multicooker

Thats a good price for the 6 in 1.  I have the 5 in 1 and am a novice, but the 2 meals I have cooked in the pc have been delicious.  I am now a convert to pressure cooking.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I'll get one but I just need to convince DH I need it after buying a new Silpat, Silpain, pizza machine and over $100 worth of baking trays and cake decorating tools in the past few days!

I love my 5-in-1 and use the pressure cooker, slow cooker and soup function a lot.
I like my soup chunky and I often use a smoked turkey drumstick in it.  (We don't eat pork)
The Thermie doesn't like Smoked Turkey drumsticks 
I cooked a huge 20+ serving plum pudding for Christmas in it as a slow cooker that was really really good.
I figure I wouldn't use the deep fry function as I have a separate fryer, and I would probably want to serve whatever I deep fried with something out of the pressure cooker.

I bought the breville slow cooker/pressure cooker which also steams rice and vegetables.
I won't use it to cook rice as I love my rice cooker but so far I am very impressed with the dishes I have cooked both in pressure cooking mode and slow cooker mode.  I paid $145 at the good guys.  With that in my kitchen and thermie I am very happy and use the stove top for sautéing and the oven for roasts etc.

What about buying it for DH for Valentines Day and then cooking a romantic meal in it for both of you?

Or....buy it for your mum for Mothers Day and then say to DH "Oh, mum doesn't really want the 5 in 1 she really has her heart set on a bag she saw in DJ's the other Day, I'll just get her that."

You'll never guess what I'm getting for Valentines Day!!!!
I hope it arrives in time for me to have lots of practise before the day     
Oh and I chose the 6 in one so that I can get rid of the expensive deep fryer I've only used once  and is taking up  precious space for all my new toys
