Thanks,  djinni,  are these eggs out of fridge or room temp.?  Should always keep eggs in fridge.

59g eggs (700g pack) straight from the fridge. I have always stored eggs in the fridge too.

When I went to the local supermarket this week, (been away for a month) I noticed they have moved their eggs from the shelves to chilled storage. Strange... I don't remember them ever doing that before.

djinni,  there has been pressure on the Supermarkets to do this,   They say it is too expensive.  What a laugh for such an important part of most peoples diets.

My DH cooks his eggs (straight from the fridge) in the TMX and cooks 4 at a time and for 11 minutes varoma speed 1 and he likes his soft boiled.  He tells everyone about the TMX because of his "perfect" boiled eggs  ;D

One happy chappy crown prince at your place then Hally.  Love egg/lettuce/mayo sandwiches or egg on our salad plates in summer.

Coomallo is simply a picnic spot. There is nothing there. You'd be better off in Dongara and have a swim or Geraldton as you say.
When do you go?

Should be fun, looking forward to relaxing, it is such a lovely spot.
