Kim, I am sorry to hear about your sad news. It is always a sad time when a dear loved one passes away, but try to remember that she is at peace now and her spirit will live forever in your hearts.

My mil lost her battle with cancer after four years of fighting it ... At least we had 4 years and she got to see and spend time with her grand daughter.  Small blessings are better than none.
