This is the cookbook I have been waiting for! Excellent recipes, great photos, and so far, everything I have tried has worked out exactly as described - I have only had it for 4 days, but have a few of the pantry items done, eg, umami paste and powdered malt. The brownies are divine, as is the strawberry jam! Thanks Tenina!

Shanberry, it's an excellent book from an excellent cook and great person to boot!

It was really exciting to see,this book for sale at the Perth Royal Show today, being sold by Pete from Hub and Spoke.
More exposure for Tenina.

Hi Everyone - Tenina is on youtube www.youtube.com/teninastestkitchen - the videos (now 6 in total) - "For Food's Sake" classics and today - Naan Bread, Rice Noodles, Strawberry & Rhubarb soup (hot or cold). Just like being at her cooking classes!
