Currently the Aus. dollar amount would be $380.77 per unit......there is a minimum order of 10 units so that makes it $3807.70 Au.
There is only free shipping if 50 are ordered.....so I could guarantee that you would be slugged royally for shipping.......you also run the risk of customs here slugging you a big fee for importing once they dock here.
I know from ebaying, the items are cheap, but they overcharge on postage.
Also, is the power voltage compatable to here?.....I got caught once with a 110v product from Asia.....and there was nothing I could do about it, unless I bought a very expensive and huge ugly step down converter.
.....plus you really wouldn't have any warranty.

Ah...big red flag!.....payment to made by T/T......a very dodgy and unsafe method of payment.  Would not recommend at all, this method is used by a lot of con-men.

It is certainly food for thought gert...it will be great to know the exact mark up for TMX. Or the wholesale price for TMX. For example, a very expensive and upmarket gas log fire is sold to the distributors here at 1/10 of its retail price here. So don't be surprised if this is close to the wholesale price of TMX...and perhaps that is the price that  Grace pays when she Imports the TMX from Europe.

Hmmm interesting feedback gert. I wonder how the seller would respond if the buyer insists on paying by PayPal?!

It is  all very interesting courton That photograph of the TMX has been used many times on many sites so  one site leads to another . As to the price Grace pays, well if anyone is interested  they have only to delve.

Australia is  small potatoes in the Vorwerk world and the TMX  just a part of their world wide operations. It is a very interesting company indeed. The distributors are what interests me. The Thermomix is sold in many countries and the distributors behave and work in many different ways with varying degrees of ethics and success. Sometimes the consultants are treated like diamonds and sometimes like coal. The individual blogs of consultants are wonderful and full of surprises. Easy to translate using Google. Communicating with Thermomix  consultants in countries other than English speaking countires can be frustrating but very rewarding. It is a small community in the scheme of things but the talent and passion is awesome.

Another interesting article about the selling of TMX.

There is a constant warning on the french vorwerk website stating thst ALL orders online are fraudulent and to be wary of them are there are several scams ongoing at any one time and tt vorwek never sell online.. Think its the same all over.. I never trust this sort of thing.. If it sounds too good to be true it generally is...

Do we actually know what Grace pays for TMX?
