Will try heated tomorrow but it was delish cooled as well with bits of softened banana here and there... In the end the cakes were perfect just left the less cooked one in the cooling oven... Like you said its trial and error and every oven is different.. Love the recipe... Reminded me of "goûter" miam miam... Delish .. Will certainly be making again :) thankyou

Just waiting for some old bananas and then I'll make this. DS won't have banana cake but loves banana and choc chip muffins so he should like this cake.

My kids are the same Wonder, they will only eat banana cake with choc chips. Kids grrrrrrr
