Thanks ladies, I have printed these stock recipies off.  I am trying to make my own cookbook with recipies that I will use. 
An update on the ebay cookbooks.  I have been watching a second hand EDC which finished tonight.  It went for $141 plus postage!
Thanks for your offer cookie1.  That would be great.  Just a few basic recipies to get me started would be great.  I don't want to break the copy right laws.

Oh my goodness why are people paying that kind of money for a book they can order new online for alot less.. ..??  If you cant get it from head office i. Oz it is like cc mentioned available from the uk...
