Training tomorrow!
« on: April 27, 2012, 12:20:24 pm »
I'm so excited! Doing my consultant training tomorrow and Sunday in Albany.

The consultant who signed me up has since resigned, so I'll be able to take over her area. Plus, that means I'll be assigned to one of my old friends who is a consultant.  ;D

Got my name badge in the mail today and now I'm really believing it!!

I'm excited for your new customers and would love to hear the story of how you made the decision to be a consultant after being such an experienced user.  Enjoy the weekend.  I'll bet you get 110% for your assignments.

There was an article about my blog in a magazine which goes out to all farmers once a month. I had a number of emails, one being from the Group Leader from my area asking if I'd become a consultant.
I'd considered it last year, but felt I was too busy. Since then, I've decided that my Skinflint business can become more of a hobby (more fun, less stress) and I need another business to take it's place.

It was really all the positive comments that I received from total strangers saying I was the perfect sort of person to be a consultant. Only time will tell if that is true!!!

Good luck MJ. I think you will be great as a consultant. Your new customers will be lucky having an experienced TMer to guide them.

The very best of luck MJ. I'm sure you will do well. You have lots of TMX experience and like Meagan said I think teachers who undertake consultancy would do well as you know the need for preparation before hand and you can talk with people, not at them.

Good luck MJ.
I lost my consultant, weeks after buying my machine, i think that's a major problem with direct selling.

But, I really do wish you well, just keep up the communication with customers.
