Amy if its meat of any kind, yes i do put it in the fridge to defrost .any other item, if it going to get cooked at high temp i leave out. my egg whites i leave out overnight to make pavlova roll .i hope this helpsuni
Uni this is an excellent list. I was actually going to post a question last week to see if anyone knew if bocconcini would freeze ok but going from your list I think it will - surely if camembert freezes! Oh - under L you have lemon crud - I think you mean lemon curd!
