Does anyone happen to know whether the place we're staying has a beach or park or some good running tracks nearby? I can't go a day without exercise, so I would love to know whats there so I can bring the appropriate gear

Amy it is a very, very small place. Think one tiny shop. BUT it is very hilly so perhaps you can run up and down the streets. There is also the beach down the bottom of the hills. Not sure about a park though, I didn't see one.
