Name of Recipe:  Pisto – not tested

Serves 6

Ingredients 
300g courgettes, peeled
150g red peppers
150g green peppers
300g onions
100g extra virgin olive oil
500g tinned, chopped tomatoes
Salt
Pepper

Preparation: 
Once you have prepared the vegetables, put half of them in the  *: in uniform pieces 4 seconds / Speed 4
Remove and reserve and do the same with the rest of the vegetables
Next, put the oil and the vegetables into the bowl 15 minutes / Temp. Varoma /  :-: / Speed  ^^
Incorporate the tomatoes, salt and pepper 20 minutes / Temp. Varoma /  :-: / Speed  ^^
Adjust seasoning and serve with fried eggs or to taste

This sounds like something we would fry up for weekend breakfasts - we'd use a couple of fresh tomatoes instead of tinned. :)
Julia, this seems like it would be quite runny as 500gms of tomatoes would produce a lot of liquid?  I'd possibly be inclined to use a smaller can? Or do you think it's supposed to be runny? ???

If you left the MC off and put the steaming basket on top, the excess liquid might evaporate Tan.

In some photos I have seen of it, it does look runny and in others not.  I have made Pisto Toledano before (not in the TM) which also includes chicken and that looks a it bit runny (see photo below), but If you want to to be made less so, just follow JD's advice re the MC and steaming basket.
