Poached eggs, sounds good... I have been eating the lovely fruit I bought. The chooks are now settle in their new home & the garden which was sadly forgotten while I was gone has been given a good drink.

I am now searching for a Turkish Delight recipe & looking for that pot lasagne..

Oh & I don't think we should wait another year to get together, mid next year would be great.

Thanks Amy, I really am looking forward to being more involved with the forum (and hopefully getting some cooking done also). Also looking forward to getting to know more people. Everyone seems so helpful.
